Gergo is BT’s Strategic Workforce Manager, building up the way how BT models the demand and supply for its future-critical skills and become the leading organisation in skill-based workforce planning. Gergo holds a MSc in Economics from the Corvinus University of Budapest, majoring in Corporate Finance, a Master in International Management from CEMS and a CIPD certification in HR Management. Gergo has lived, studied and worked in 8 countries and has a consulting, HR generalist and HR specialist career in multinational companies including BT, Vodafone, BP, Unilever and McKinsey & Co.
Future Skills are for life, not just for COVID. The pandemic has fast forwarded the way organisations operate to what many were calling the 'future of work'. This panel session will highlight some of the key components of a future skills strategy. How can we start to understand where our organisation is currently, is going and ultimately, what it needs to thrive in terms of skills. All organisations will need to adapt but how can we look to re-skill or/and up-skill at scale?
