Magnus is a former professional footballer who has played for Colchester United, Rushden & Diamonds, Aldershot Town & Luton Town to name a few. After retiring in 2019, Magnus joined Annapurna Recruitment as a specialist HR & Transformation consultant. With an aptitude for developing out organisations' senior people functions, Magnus has an in-depth knowledge of how transformation works within organisations and the role that a leader plays.
