Mike worked for Audi for six years, initially launching the Audi R8 into the UK market and then overseeing the company’s digital portfolio. During this time he launched a new brand website which became the largest premium automotive website in the UK, as well as a multi-award winning mobile site and innovative apps. Following this Mike joined BSH Home Appliances to create and manage the team responsible for all aspects of digital (websites, digital media, content, social, mobile, apps) for the Bosch, Neff and Siemens domestic appliance brands.
In May 2014 Mike was appointed Director of eBusiness where he had the opportunity to join the IT and digital worlds to create a new department, eBusiness. This new department is responsible for Digital, eCommerce, eCRM, Innovations, Infrastructure and Systems and brings alignment to a number of traditionally siloed, but totally interdependent functions. Since its formation, the department has undergone a significant restructure and is now delivering against its objective – to technically enable and digitally empower its customers.
